Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on EHS Manager to lead safety, compliance, and environmental initiatives at our manufacturing facility. This role is key to building a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations

• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments

• Investigate incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions

• Manage workers’ compensation, reporting, and documentation

• Develop and deliver safety training and onboarding programs

• Oversee environmental compliance (waste, emissions, hazardous materials)

• Partner with leadership to drive a safety-first culture across the plant

• Support emergency response planning and safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments required

• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and safety compliance standards

• Experience with incident investigations and root cause analysis

• Familiarity with workers’ compensation processes

• OSHA 30/40, First Aid/CPR certifications preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills
