Shift Leader
FLSA: Non-Exempt/Hourly
The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational activities on their assigned shift within the paper mill. This role ensures efficient production, maintains safety standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. The Shift Leader will provide leadership and direction to the production team, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules. This is an on-site position.
