Maryland Paper Company is located in Williamsport, Maryland, just an hour from the Nation’s Capital. Primarily focusing on the production of Dry Felt, PolyIso Facer, and ChipSaver™, our Maryland location is our East Coast facility and employs nearly 100 people mill wide. Consistently running a minimum of one active machine, we supply a large customer base, ranging from the East Coast to Canada. Greenfielded in 1989, this mill houses our corporate headquarters and consists of two large scale buildings. Here, we offer the most variety in terms of career opportunities in both our manufacturing and converting segments.

Alabama Paper Products is located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, just an hour from Birmingham. Greenfielded in 2001, this facility houses one paper machine and employs nearly 100 people mill-wide. We supply a wide variety of customers ranging from the Southeast regions to the Central regions of America and operate in the heart of the South.

California Paper Products is located in Shafter, California, approximately two hours north of Los Angeles. Having the largest capacity, our western location houses our largest machine and works in direct collaboration with our affiliated company across the street, GMC Roofing and Building Paper Products Inc. GMC Roofing was founded in partnership with Chakola and utilizes the variety of materials produced at California Paper Products. Greenfielded in 2011, our California mill offers a modern approach to an old strategy and is thriving in Central California.

Our affiliate company

gmc roofing & building paper products inc.

Our affiliated company, GMC Roofing Material and Building Paper Products Inc. was founded by Chakola and partners and is located across the street from our California facility in Shafter. Greenfielded in 2001, GMC is operating to full capacity in their production of asphalt saturated building materials.
